The Technical Institute, & I feel confident that I could fill satisfactorily a post in England where knowledge of Government organization is required, such as in connection with the new Insurance Dept; or in other departments; caused by transfers to the Insurance dept.
My work in Hong Kong has during the last 6 years been in connection with Queen's College maintaining organization & direction. I understand that there are still many posts to be filled in that Colony. She was obliged to leave the East 5 years ago, with the result that we did not see each other from that time until my return 2 months ago.
